In order to
make a reservation at the Hotel Aranjuez by internet please follow the
next instructions:
1.
To know your space needs at the Hotel Aranjuez (number of party, type
and number of rooms, number of beds, etc.) please fill out the form
from this website.
2.
Please read the Hotel Aranjuez reservation
policies and print a copy of the credit card authorization
form.
3.
Fill out and sign the credit
card authorization form and send it by internet like an attachment
or by fax to the following number (506) 223-35-28 or 011 506 223-35-28
with a photocopy of the credit card from both sides (we accept Visa and
Master Card. NO DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED). Please make your reservation under the same name of the
card's holder. If you are not using your credit card, please write a note
on the Credit Card Authorization Form indicating under which name you
made the reservation. If there isn't any cancellation according with our
cancellation policies, the hotel will charge on the credit card as No
Show the total amount of the first night reserved.
4.
Once the Hotel Aranjuez has received the documentation of point 3, we
will confirm the reservation by e-mail.
5. The reservations
by internet have discount rates -specified in this website- only payable
in cash (colones, U.S. dollars or euros). Other forms of payments can
be used when check-in at the Hotel Aranjuez.
